You'll be responsible for

Driving backend architecture
Be the primary backend specialist for the 1-on-1s team, with ownership of architecture, implementation, and performance in Ruby/Rails and PostgreSQL on AWS infrastructure.⚙️
Optimising database design
Drive technical excellence through optimised database design and robust backend engineering.🌱
Mentoring junior engineers
Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and empowering growth across the team.Key criteria

Advanced backend engineering skills
Proven experience with Ruby/Rails and PostgreSQL for backend development.View
