You'll be responsible for

Setting standards

Set the standard for how the estate is run, kept reliable and accredited — across cloud, orchestration, operating systems, networking and the application toolchain — and hold it consistent across rotations.
🧩

Design leadership

Be the source of design others build and run from, working at platform scale and anticipating second-order effects and organisational constraints.
🔍

Diagnosing issues

Diagnose systemic reliability issues to the structural fix, across multiple classification domains, rather than the efficient patch.

Infrastructure and reliability experience

12+ years in infrastructure or reliability engineering.

Proven experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

ISM/PSPF accreditation knowledge
