As a Senior Product Manager for Onboarding at Airwallex, you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless onboarding experience for users. You'll be responsible for

Owning the strategy for customer onboarding

Mapping the ideal journey from discovery, to sign-up to product adoption

Utilizing data and analytics

Identifying pain points, measuring success, and driving continuous improvement of the onboarding flow

Designing and implementing A/B tests

Improving the UX/UI and optimizing the onboarding journey

Key criteria

📊

5-10 years of product management experience

Demonstrated experience in product management across various stages.
