You will be part of a squad working with our Digital Growth Engine crew, focusing on transforming the way customers experience home lending.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Join a cross-functional, empowered team, working side-by-side with a Product Owner/Manager and Designer to form the core product trio.
🛠️

Leading technical design and implementation

Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation for new and existing features, providing thought leadership and influencing technology direction across the team.

Skills you'll need

🔧

Full-cycle engineering experience

Possesses full-cycle engineering experiences: system design (architecture), build, testing (unit, integration, system), release, and ongoing maintenance
👩‍🏫

Technical leadership

Proven ability to provide technical thought leadership: influencing engineering culture, evaluating and introducing new technologies, guiding team direction, mentors and supports other engineers
💻

Frontend and backend development expertise

Strong expertise in frontend with Next.js, React.js, Typescript and advanced proficiency in backend development in Node.js, .NET Core, .NET Framework
