The Staff Software Engineer (AI) position invites you to join a dynamic team focused on engineering core AI-enabled risk platforms. This role is all about hands-on, high-quality software engineering, where you'll contribute to building secure APIs and microservices while enhancing resilience and observability. Collaboration is key, as you will work alongside Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Principal Engineers to deliver impactful solutions that modernize risk management.

You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Designing and building

Design, build, and operate .NET/Python microservices and REST APIs with OpenAPI specs and Kong gateway integration as part of the Risk AI Platform.
✅

Delivering production-quality code

Deliver production-quality code across the full stack backend services, API layers, and frontend components with a focus on reliability, testability, and maintainability.
🚀

Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions + ArgoCD), automated tests (unit, integration, performance), and progressive delivery workflows.

Proven experience building and operating production microservices.
