Building trusted partnerships
Build trusted partnerships with government officials, industry leaders, senior executives, and community groups to drive alignment, collaboration, and project certainty.š
Embedding stakeholder considerations
Embed stakeholder considerations into bids, procurement, and project delivery, providing strategic advice on stakeholder risks, issues, and mitigation strategies from tender phase through to completion.Key criteria
