Managing national standards and training program
Overseeing the dnata catering & retail national Standards and Training program for Jetstar and all Jetstar retail staff, ensuring compliance and documentation are maintained.✏️
Designing training materials
Creating new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Orders (WOs) for frontline operations staff to ensure effective training delivery.✅
Monitoring training effectiveness
Evaluating training effectiveness and maintaining compliance, ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their work safely and efficiently.
