You'll be responsible for

Processing planning applications

Promptly consider, process, and assess planning applications in accordance with relevant legislation and policies, ensuring compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.

Conducting inspections and investigations

Ensure compliance with planning schemes and permits through thorough inspections and investigations, addressing any issues that arise.

Preparing reports and correspondence

Prepare accurate and timely reports on planning matters and maintain clear communication with the public and internal departments.

Skills you'll need

Tertiary qualification in Urban Planning or related discipline

A foundational educational background that equips you with the necessary knowledge and skills in urban planning.
๐Ÿ“œ

Relevant experience in Statutory Planning and/or Planning Enforcement

Hands-on experience in navigating and applying statutory planning regulations and enforcement procedures.

Current Victorian Driver's Licence

A valid driver's licence allowing you to travel for inspections and meetings as needed.
