You'll be responsible for

Leading store teams
Lead your retail store teams to provide an exceptional customer and sales focused culture through delivering in-store customer experiences that build brand loyalty and drive sales to achieve or exceed budget targets and goals/KPIs.📈
Managing store operations
Manage day-to-day store operations focused on maximising sales revenue, stock inventory, store presentation and rostering of staff, and ensuring achievement of operational goals/KPIs.🎓
Coaching team members
Coach and develop team members including ASM (where applicable) and retail team to enhance their capabilities and performance in their roles.What we're looking for

Retail management experience (2+ years)
Proven experience managing a retail fashion store or 3+ years in a 2IC role.View fit
