Managing operations

Manage day-to-day store operations focused on maximising sales revenue, stock inventory, store presentation and rostering of staff.

Coaching team members

Coach and develop team members to enhance their capabilities and performance in their roles.

Key criteria

Retail management experience (2+ years)

Proven experience managing a retail fashion store or 3+ years in a 2IC role.
