Partner with the COO and Operations Leadership Team to drive strategic priorities, organisational performance and enterprise outcomes.

Overseeing risk profile

Shape and oversee the Operations risk profile, ensuring risks are identified early, managed within appetite and embedded into decision-making.

Leading risk reporting

Lead risk reporting, governance forums and oversight activities, providing clear insights into emerging risks, control effectiveness and business performance.
