Providing hands-on support to the Group Strategy team on high-priority strategic initiatives, including Board-mandated and cross-functional projects.

Delivering core strategic processes

Leading the central tracking and governance of high-value strategic initiatives, providing clear, consistent visibility to the Leadership Team and Board through a structured monthly process.

Coordinating strategic planning cycles

Supporting the coordination and execution of the Annual and 5-Year Planning processes, ensuring effective cross-functional input and alignment.

Strategic analysis experience

2+ years in strategy, preferably from consulting or in-house.
