Monitoring our strategic provider’s offshore workforce planning, capability and recruitment activities, to ensure our support requirements are met in an efficient and timely way.

Coordinating continuous improvement forums

Coordinating continuous improvement forums, including meeting preparation, action tracking and monitoring the delivery of transformation and improvement initiatives.

Preparing governance materials

Preparing governance and performance reporting materials, tracking delivery outcomes, business performance and progress against agreed Objectives and Key Results.
