Facilitating care across the full pathway for stroke patients, ensuring seamless transitions.🏆
Championing best-practice stroke standards
Leading education and workforce upskilling to uphold evidence-based stroke care standards.Key criteria

Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional
Current AHPRA registration as a nurse or allied health professional.View

Experience in stroke care
