Delivering care tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences as outlined in their Care Plan.

Facilitating community activities

Encouraging and supporting clients to participate in recreational and social activities within the community.

Key criteria

Certificate III in relevant field

Possession of Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability Support.
