You'll be responsible for

Monitoring and liaising with students
Regularly checking in with students, parents, and the school to support and mentor students as they progress through their education.🤝
Participating in team discussions
Actively engaging in discussions to develop and implement initiatives that foster a positive and supportive residential environment for students.🏠
Contributing to a safe environment
Helping to create and manage a secure environment for secondary students by rigorously applying all systems and procedures.Key criteria

Demonstrated experience in a boarding school environment supporting students.View

Current First Aid certification
Possession of a valid First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.View
