You'll be responsible for

Monitoring and liaising with students
Regularly engaging with students, parents, and the school to support and mentor students in their educational journey.🤝
Participating in team discussions
Actively contributing to discussions aimed at creating a positive and supportive residential environment for students.🌱
Assisting in social and personal skill development
Helping students understand their responsibilities and develop positive relationships with others.Key criteria

Experience working with adolescents
Demonstrated experience supporting high school students in a boarding environment.View

First Aid certification
Current First Aid training or willingness to obtain certification.View
