You'll be responsible for

Overseeing mine project activities
Ensure compliance with the mine plan by overseeing all mine project activities and personnel within the assigned crew.🛠️
Conducting inspections
Regularly conduct area inspections to ensure personnel are not exposed to hazards and direct mining operations accordingly.👩🏫
Coaching and mentoring
Coach and mentor team members to achieve objectives and manage all leave requirements effectively.Key criteria

Supervisory experience in mining
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in production mining or civil environments.View
