You'll be responsible for

Managing systems performance
Ensuring all systems are performing to task and within productivity rates set by the vendor, escalating any early issues to the RMS and WMS vendor for support and investigation.📚
Developing training programs
Develop key training programs for area supervisors and coordinators to support the daily DC operation.📈
Monitoring inventory control
Developing procedures for day-to-day inventory control to minimise short picked orders and providing reporting back to the operations team.What we're looking for
