You'll be responsible for

Supporting the implementation of the Homelessness Stream Model of Care
Contributing to the standards and expectations for service delivery across the country.🤝
Working alongside the Case Management Team
Identifying and responding to client needs effectively and compassionately.📝
Completing reports for incidents and following policies
Addressing potential high-risk situations and ensuring safety in service delivery.Key criteria

Cert IV in Community Services
Possession of a minimum Certificate IV in Community Services is essential.View

Communication skills
Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills are required.View

Understanding of Trauma Informed Care
