You'll be responsible for

Supporting the implementation of the Homelessness Stream Model of Care

Contributing to the framework that defines service expectations and standards for clients and partners.

Working alongside the Case Management Team

Collaborating to identify and respond to client needs effectively and compassionately.

Completing reports for incidents and following policies

Documenting incidents and adhering to procedures to ensure safety and compliance in service delivery.

Cert IV in Community Services

Possession of a minimum Certificate IV in Community Services.
