You'll be responsible for

Supporting the implementation of the Homelessness Stream Model of Care
Contributing to the framework that defines service expectations and standards for clients and partners.🤝
Working alongside the Case Management Team
Collaborating to identify and respond to client needs effectively and compassionately.📝
Completing reports for incidents and following policies
Documenting incidents and adhering to procedures to ensure safety and compliance in service delivery.Key criteria

Cert IV in Community Services
Possession of a minimum Certificate IV in Community Services.View
