You'll be responsible for

Supporting and connecting with clients
Assisting with day-to-day in-home tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and washing, while following the client's care plan.🚗
Transporting clients
Providing transport to appointments and shopping, ensuring clients can access necessary services.🛁
Offering personal care
Assisting with personal care tasks, including showering and dressing, if qualified and fully trained.What we're looking for
