You'll be responsible for

Assisting individuals with daily tasks, transport, and life skills as part of their NDIS plans.

Delivering services

Providing a wide range of services including personal care, community participation, and skill-building activities.
🌍

Traveling to locations

Driving to various locations across East Gippsland to deliver support services.

Key criteria

📜

Certificate in relevant field

Certificate 3 or 4 in Mental Health, Disability, or Aged Care is preferred.

Current valid driver's licence with a clean driving record required.
