You'll be responsible for

Providing care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

Completing scheduled visits

Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits and interacting with clients and their loved ones.

Supporting activities

Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities.
