Collaborating with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating these into clear technical specifications for development teams.

Shaping requirements through user stories, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring alignment with system architecture.

Driving technical enhancements

Working on the Workbench for the corporate book, admin systems, and interfaces while defining system interfaces.

Strong technical background in software development and systems analysis, with at least 6+ years in project delivery.
