Providing help and advice to users of those systems, ensuring they can effectively utilize the technology.

Skills you'll need

🛠️

SaaS solutions and tooling

Demonstrated experience building, integrating, and maintaining SaaS solutions and tooling, including lifecycle management and vendor integrations.
💻

System administration

Experience with administrating and integrating a variety of SaaS based systems such as Microsoft 365, Okta, Zoom, PagerDuty and Slack into a corporate environment.
🌐

Networking experience

Networking experience on distributed routing, switching, firewall and wireless systems (Palo Alto, Arista, & Cisco).
