You'll be responsible for

Leading recruitment
Manage end-to-end hiring for a diverse range of roles, including Assistant Educators, Room Leaders, Kindergarten Teachers, Chefs & Educational Leaders.🌱
Building talent pipelines
Develop and maintain candidate pools to meet current and future hiring needs, particularly in regional and high-growth areas.🌟
Championing candidate experience
