Partnering with hiring leaders
Building knowledge on team cultures, workforce challenges, talent markets and branding strategies that support delivering operational volume recruitment and onboarding new employees that form part of quality resident care outcomes.📋
Managing vacancies
Working on no more than 25 vacancies at any one time, ensuring proactive sourcing and selection efficiencies.✨
Enhancing candidate experience
Focusing on business partnering, candidate experience, and employer branding within streamlined end to end recruitment and onboarding processes.Key criteria
