You'll be responsible for

Leading full-cycle recruitment
Managing the recruitment process for your portfolio of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.📈
Building targeted pipelines
Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to create strong pipelines for performance marketing, ecommerce, and digital roles.🤝
Acting as a trusted advisor
Providing guidance to hiring managers on role scoping, market realities, and candidate assessment, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.Key criteria
