Managing legal cases
Ensuring the timely and effective administrative case management of legal prosecutions and conduct of prosecution matters and other legal matters that the Commission is involved in.📝
Providing legal support
Providing support to the Director of Proceedings in the analysis of briefs of evidence in less complex matters and making sound recommendations.✍️
Drafting legal documents
Drafting reports, complaints, applications, correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents in less complex matters.Key criteria

Legal knowledge and experience
