You'll be responsible for

Providing intensive, therapeutic, individualised support

Delivering tailored support to children and young people with complex needs to help them thrive.

Leading case coordination, care planning and progress reviews

Taking charge of coordinating care and reviewing progress to ensure effective support.
🗣️

Advocating for the young person’s voice in all decision-making

Ensuring that the perspectives and needs of young people are prioritized in all decisions affecting them.
