You'll be responsible for

Overseeing the activities of a diverse team, including Inspectors and project officers, to ensure effective service delivery.

Providing technical support

Offering technical assistance across various HRW licence classes to both internal and external customers.

Conducting verifications

Undertaking verification activities across the state to maintain integrity and public confidence in SafeWork NSW's TPPs.

Skills you'll need

Team supervision

Ability to coordinate, supervise and support a team of professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and regulatory priorities.

Operational support

Providing operational support in both office and field settings to ensure consistent and professional service delivery.

Incident investigation

Conducting incident investigations and implementing prevention and response programs to enhance workplace safety.
