You'll be responsible for

Overseeing day-to-day SOC operations
Manage operations for a subset of clients, ensuring investigations, triage, and incident response follow defined processes while maintaining situational awareness across active threats.👩🏫
Mentoring and developing analysts
Conduct regular 1:1s, feedback cycles, and performance reviews to build a culture of accountability and support team wellbeing.🤝
Acting as an escalation point for client incidents
Communicate technical issues in clear, business-relevant language and build trust with clients through consistency and expertise.Key criteria
