Ensuring site clinicians and staff are onboarded, offboarded, connected, recognised, and supported in line with Better Rehab policies and processes.

Promoting a positive culture

Encouraging a culture of learning and collaboration while inspiring the team to maintain high performance.
👥

Supervising allied health assistants

Overseeing site-based allied health assistants and ensuring appropriate utilisation of their skills.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in allied health

Required degree in a relevant allied health profession.

Active membership in a relevant professional body is essential.
