As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing and mentoring operational service delivery teams, ensuring that they uphold professional standards and deliver high-quality services. You'll be responsible for

Managing accommodation support delivery

Managing, implementing, and monitoring the delivery of accommodation support to people with an intellectual disability, ensuring high quality outcomes and continuous improvement in accordance with Human Service Quality Standards.

Providing leadership and supervision

Providing leadership and supervision to operational service delivery staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, 24-hour support to individuals with an intellectual disability.

Developing stakeholder relationships

Developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders including individuals with disabilities, families, and other agencies.
