You'll be responsible for

Maintaining team performance

Overseeing rostering, supervision, and performance management of the maintenance and presentation team to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Recruiting and onboarding staff

Planning and facilitating the recruitment and onboarding of new maintenance and presentation staff to maintain appropriate workforce levels.

Developing risk assessments

Supporting the development and review of risk assessments and policies to ensure health and safety for all facility users.
