You'll be responsible for

Providing clinical leadership
Leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of consumer care and evidence-based assessment and intervention.📊
Managing human resource functions
Overseeing rostering, workload allocation, and staff needs while facilitating meetings and quality improvement activities.🔄
Implementing recovery-oriented service provision
Developing and implementing systems that support recovery-oriented service provision and ongoing professional development of clinical staff.What we're looking for

Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Possession of a valid nursing registration and mental health qualifications.View fit

Experience in mental health
At least 3 years of experience in mental health settings.View fit
