Acting as the Field Engineer for specific clients and/or for specific products and applications, including tech kiosks and desks.

Providing support

Offering software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms, and other networked devices.

Installing and maintaining systems

Installing and maintaining PCs, associated software, networks, servers, peripherals, and other networked devices.

Key criteria

Technical certification or associate degree

Possession of relevant technical certification or associate degree.

1-2 years of field engineering experience

Demonstrated hands-on experience in field engineering or technical support.

Proven maintenance and troubleshooting skills

Experience performing installations and troubleshooting in customer environments.
