The Tech Field Engineer job is all about installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. This role is vital for ensuring that technology runs smoothly and efficiently for clients. The team values professionalism and aims to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements while ensuring client satisfaction in every interaction.

You'll be responsible for

Serving as Field Engineer

Acting as the Field Engineer for specific clients and/or for specific products and applications, including tech kiosks and desks.
💻

Providing support

Offering software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms, and other networked devices.

Installing and maintaining systems

Installing and maintaining PCs, associated software, networks, servers, peripherals, and other networked devices.

Key criteria

🖥️

Technical certification or associate degree

Possession of relevant technical certification or associate degree.

1-2 years of field engineering experience

Demonstrated hands-on experience in field engineering or technical support.
