You'll be responsible for

Installing and maintaining computer-related products

Perform activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions, addressing any issues that arise.

Supporting a corporate Windows environment

Provide support for desktop and server environments, including hardware, network, and software installation and troubleshooting.
