You'll be responsible for

Providing onsite support

Delivering onsite hardware, software, and basic network support for various technologies including desktops, laptops, and printers.

Performing repairs and maintenance

Executing break/fix repairs, diagnostics, installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance activities.

Managing incidents

Managing incidents and service requests within agreed SLA targets while maintaining accurate documentation.

Hands-on IT support experience

1-2 years of hands-on IT support or field service experience.
