About the job

This job involves installing, repairing, and providing technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily on customer premises. Ensuring systems operate effectively and are maintained according to requirements is crucial. Collaboration with technical colleagues is key to delivering timely and seamless service, while also ensuring customer satisfaction and understanding of product functionality.

You'll be responsible for

Installing and configuring systems

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, servers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.

Acting as primary Field Engineer

Serve as the primary Field Engineer for assigned clients, products, and service desks/kiosks, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Conducting preventative maintenance

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate as designed and are upgraded per requirements.
