Designing comprehensive technical implementation plans, solutions and architectures, and scopes of work for paid engagements, aligning with both customer requirements and Braze best practices.🔧
Troubleshooting and providing solutions
Troubleshooting and providing solutions for complex strategic technical needs reported by customers during paid implementation and throughout their lifecycle.Key criteria

3+ years in a technical role
Experience in Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, or similar roles.View
