Lead end-to-end analysis for ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Driving process improvements

Drive improvements across Incident, Problem, and Change processes, including future-state design and documentation.

Supporting training and change management

Support training, onboarding, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
