About the job

As the Technical Delivery Architect for Cortex Professional Services, you will be the definitive technical authority for our regional deployment team. This job is pivotal in defining the gold standard for deploying Cortex platforms, ensuring that every deployment is executed with precision and excellence. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various technical teams to drive innovation and improve delivery practices.

You'll be responsible for

Owning deployment methodologies

Designing, documenting, and governing technical blueprints and deployment standards across the Cortex and Cortex Cloud portfolios, with a major emphasis on Cortex XSIAM.

Acting as the technical bridge

Serving as the primary technical conduit between pre-sales and post-sales delivery, translating strategic SOC transformation roadmaps into actionable deployment execution.
🚧

Leading technical escalations

Acting as the ultimate technical escalation point for the consulting team, unblocking consultants facing advanced challenges.
