You'll be responsible for

Dive deep into how Kraken works to identify problems and refine solutions that leverage our latest capabilities.

Collaborating across teams

Work closely with our engineering teams, clients, and senior Delivery Leads to define and align on the product vision and strategy.

Triage & resolve

Act as a point of contact for technical development and issue resolution, ensuring client priorities are clearly communicated to our engineering domains.
