You'll be responsible for

Coordinating facilities administration and operational tasks

Managing both planned activities and responsive requests for the Facilities Manager and wider team.

Serving as the primary contact for the Facilities Help Desk

Logging work orders and ensuring timely responses to service requests.

Conducting regular site inspections

Reporting findings and escalating issues to maintain premises in a safe, neat, and functional condition.
