You'll be responsible for

Providing technical support
Providing technical support in the preparation of materials for Optometry teaching classes and assessments to guarantee the smooth running of these events, ensuring that the laboratories and materials are cleaned afterwards, and safety standards are maintained.🛠️
Maintaining equipment
Providing technical expertise in the use and maintenance of a range of general equipment and specialised instrumentation relating to Optometry and assisting research staff and students in the operations of these instruments/equipment for practical classes or research as required.📦
Sourcing supplies
Sourcing and obtaining quotes for pricing and availability, and processing orders and invoices for laboratory consumables, reagents, chemicals and equipment for teaching and research activities.Key criteria

Laboratory experience
Experience working in a laboratory setting, ideally in education.View
