You'll be responsible for

Leading project delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client implementation projects, managing concurrent streams including platform enhancements, integrations, data migration, and customer-specific developments across technical and operational workstreams.

Developing delivery roadmaps

Develop and maintain customer-facing delivery roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks including steering committees, status reporting, and change control procedures.

Managing stakeholder communication

Serve as the primary project lead for major clients, acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
