Leading project delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client implementation projects, managing concurrent streams including platform enhancements, integrations, data migration, and customer-specific developments across technical and operational workstreams.🗺️
Developing delivery roadmaps
Develop and maintain customer-facing delivery roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks including steering committees, status reporting, and change control procedures.🔗
Managing stakeholder communication
Serve as the primary project lead for major clients, acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.Key criteria
