Managing system migrations

Manage system migration, application decommissioning, and platform retirement projects, ensuring all dependencies, risks, and impacts are clearly understood and managed.

Conducting gap analysis

Conduct gap analysis to identify technical and process gaps, defining remediation steps required to support successful decommissioning and migration.
