The Technical Writer at Sodexo plays a vital role in developing and maintaining technical documentation across the Facilities Maintenance Services portfolio. Collaboration is key, as the team works closely with various stakeholders to create documents that are practical and applicable across sites.

You'll be responsible for

✍️

Developing technical documentation

Develop clear and practical technical standards, processes, procedures, work instructions and supporting guidance material.
📄

Preparing asset ownership documents

Prepare documents that define asset ownership, operational boundaries and maintenance responsibilities between internal stakeholders, client stakeholders and other relevant parties.
🔄

Translating technical information

Translate technical and operational information into documents that can be understood and applied by site teams, supervisors, planners, functional leads and managers.
